How to make a complaint will vary
from vendor to vendor but will
usually involves sending the vendor
an email with details of your
complaint. To involve GMNetPromos,

Let us know if in your opinion
the complaint was not handled
correctly by the vendor (if
that was the case). If we
feel you had genuine cause for
complaint and the outcome was
not satisfactory to you, we will
contact the vendor ourselves and
appeal to him to set things
right by you.
